October 2025 is HERE — and it’s time to lock in before the holidays hit!
Fall is cozy, fun, and full of plans… but it can also bring a whole lot of chaos. Cooler weather, busier schedules, and temptations at every corner (hello, Halloween candy 👀). That’s exactly why we’re doing this challenge — to ground ourselves in structure, build real momentum, and feel GOOD heading into the season.
This October, we’re not chasing perfection. We’re making progress — on our terms. Maybe for you, that means staying consistent with workouts even when life gets hectic. Maybe it’s learning how to eat in a way that feels balanced and enjoyable without spiraling. Maybe it’s just finally prioritizing YOU again after putting everyone else first.
Whatever your goals are — I’VE GOT YOU! This challenge is packed with realistic, sustainable strategies to help you feel stronger, lighter, more confident, and in control. No crash diets or burnout plans here — just solid habits and a mindset shift that will actually stick!
You’ll be supported every step of the way — by me and an empowering community that keeps it real, lifts you up, and helps you stay consistent (even when motivation dips). We’re showing up, doing the work, and feeling damn proud of it.
