One-on-One Nutrition Coaching with Rachael!

HOW IT WORKS:
Initial Consult (50 minutes):
In this session we will have an in-depth conversation about your nutrition, lifestyle, fitness regimen, health history, and any current ailments. We will discuss your frustrations, past struggles or challenges, and future health and wellness goals, as well as determine your personalized lifestyle needs taking into account your schedule and family structure.
Follow Up Sessions (25 minutes):
These sessions will take place every 3 weeks via Facetime. During these calls we will discuss your progress, strategize, and address any questions, concerns, and/or adjustments.
Some of the things we will work on together include but are not limited to:
Forming a new definition of what healthy eating/living means to you and how we can create your own personal balance while driving results.
Meal prep and planning, grocery lists, fridge and pantry makeover.
Shifting mindset to food as nourishment, fuel, medicine, and joy as opposed to a source of stress.
Forming a positive relationship with daily eating; discovering what feels good, tuning into your body and becoming conscious of how certain foods make you feel inside AND out.
3-Month Reboot
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
One initial + 4 follow up sessions via FaceTime
Set of written guidelines/mentalities
Personalized meal outline including approved brand recommendations and sample grocery/pantry staples
Daily journaling and email support for additional questions and necessary adjustments (4 weeks minimum, we will reassess each month if you need daily/weekly)
Fitness and workout regimen accountability
