If you live in NYC and are looking for additional support in your wellness journey, personal training sessions can be booked based on availability if you have access to a gym or have adequate room in your home. I am certified in both group fitness and personal training from the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, as well as trained in Prenatal Fitness and Core by Lifemoves Health.

I train as I would in a group fitness setting. We will focus on dynamic, functional movements with a high intensity element to raise your heart rate and KEEP it elevated throughout the day creating an effective after-burn promoting not only weight loss, but increased energy and all-around VITALITY.
