Green Goddess Salad

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of organic greens chopped, Romaine (pictured here)
1-2 pieces of skinless organic chicken breast

Dressing:

1/2 Avocado

1/2 cup fresh basil

1/4 cup olive oil

4 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 lemon squeezed

DIRECTIONS

1. Pat dry chicken and season with salt and pepper, bake in air fryer at 370 for 10-12 minutes (20 in oven at same temp) flipping half way through.

2. Chop greens and place in bowl.

Dressing:

1. Blend all ingredients.

2. Toss everything together and serve!
